The Informatics and Computing Student Association (ICSA) presented an exciting, new conference titled CATALYST on Saturday, February 18th. Thank you for those that attended - we look forward to seeing you again next year!
This workshop-style event aims to provide current Informatics and Computer Science students with knowledge on a variety of topics including student marketability, technical development, professor research, and future opportunities. Our key goal of Catalyst is to “Spark the Potential” of the talented and forward looking students in SoIC. Catalyst will be an incredible experience for everyone involved. Students are going to encounter opportunities that are not obtainable in the classroom. CATALYST is designed for all undergraduate students in SoIC. There are workshops for EVERYONE ranging from freshman to seniors, Computer Science majors to Informatics majors, and beyond.
